is now for the 13th year hosting this costume contest for the kids..ALL FREE and…you can trick or treat afterwards in the historic district by looking for Orange and Black Balloons on the business doors..trick or treating is after the costume judging which will be at 2:00 pm at the “Love Tree” 6 Cordova Street!
